Биография

Эта американская трэшевая команда образовалась в Лос-Анджелесе (США) в 1981 году. Прежде чем "Slayer" объединил четверых своих участников, 16-летний Керри Кинг, бравший гитарные уроки, стал играть в группе своего учителя, носившей название "Quits". В этой же группе, исполнявшей в основном кавер-версии, он познакомился с Томом Арайа. В дальнейшем, когда участники группы разбрелись в разных направлениях, Кинг стал подыскивать себе новую команду и вскоре познакомился с Джеффом Ханнеманом.
